X-Play's Chronotron Interview & PAX Mini-report

X-Play interviewed all of the PAX 10. Here's their Chronotron interview!

I have no idea why I look so unenthusiastic! Pointing a camera at me makes my face do weird things, I guess.

PAX was incredibly awesome. We gave out over 1800 Chronotron stickers, and had people playing the game just about the whole time.

I was surprised to have a Flash game taken so seriously, but actually a lot of the other developers are using it to protype games, or are interested in using it professionally!

Jonathon Coulton and MC Frontalot both came by the Chronotron booth and they said they'd played and enjoyed the game online!

I got to meet Tom Fulp! We gave each other stickers! I also got to meet some Kongregate employees.

I had dinner with some of the other PAX 10 teams, and with some 5th Cell developers. We talked about making video games! I think I learned a lot!

Microsoft gave each PAX 10 team an XBox 360 Elite! Now I can spend all my money on XBLA content! Alien Hominid and Castle Crashers FTW!

Development of the game had to be totally self-funded, and it had to be really fun. It was judged by 50 industry experts including Gabe, Tycho and Khoo.

WOHOAW, well done on gettin a Flash game into the PAX 10.

I'm sure I remember reading the criteria and I couldn't enter for some reason.
